In the bazaar in Sari-Pol, a village in the North of Afghanistan where Save the Children UK were setting up a clinic. Bazaars are the traditional market places throughout Central Asia where much of the way of life is unchanged from centuries ago, including the use of Donkeys as the primary form of transportation.
