After we got too old for trapeze we started flying paragliders.  The glider and harness weight about 8 to 12 kg. so it's possible to travel with a glider when going off to work or on holiday, so as well as flying at home in Ireland and Europe we get the opportunity to fly in such places as Lebanon, the Philippines and India.   Flying has taken us to amazing places, and led to meeting lots of great people - and that is on the days when we don't get into the air!

Night Flying by Paraglider...

Not a recommended practice, but we had planned to fly to the top of the hill, then glide back by dark...  it didn't quite work out that way!
